Create a roadmap with connected workstreams
New: Browse the complete illustrated documentation for saving plans, returning by link and publishing polished snapshots.
Mightora Roadmaps is a free browser tool for planning activities, dates and dependencies across multiple workstreams. It supports Markdown and CSV transfers, saved local workspaces, and read-only snapshot links.
Start with an industry example
Select “Choose an industry example” in the editor. Preview the example and create a copy. Existing roadmaps stay intact.
- Chemistry: safer coatings from research to market
- Manufacturing: predictive maintenance
- Energy: community solar project
- Power Platform: low-code app factory
Edit quarters and workstreams
Use “Edit quarters & settings” to change the start date, title, number of quarters (4–12) and quarter labels. Changing the start date shifts activity dates. A shorter horizon must still fit every activity. Use “Workstreams” to add, rename, recolour, reorder or remove rows. Activities from a populated row must be moved into another row before removal.
Connect activities
Each cell can contain several activities. Select a card to edit dates, owner, status and prerequisites. Dependencies can cross workstreams. Circular dependencies are rejected. Prerequisites must be complete before an activity moves to In progress or Done. Date overlaps are flagged for review.
Import and export
Select Markdown or CSV beside Export to download a single roadmap. “Import roadmap” validates the file and asks before replacing the current roadmap. “Data backup” transfers the whole workspace, including history and templates, with an add or replace preview. Markdown tables are summaries; the JSON restore block is authoritative. Roadmap CSV uses editable settings, workstream and activity rows. Complete workspace CSV uses JSON record cells.
Save a plan link for later
Use “Copy plan link” next to the roadmap selector, or the Roadmap library, to bookmark an editable plan in this browser. The link contains a local plan ID, not the data. Export a workspace backup if you need to restore on another browser or device. Learn about saving and returning.
Publish a polished roadmap
Choose “Publish” to generate a polished read-only snapshot with a timeline, progress and activity details. Copy the link or open the published view. New edits require a new published link. Anyone with the full URL can read the included data. Publishing guide.
Share with a team
“Share snapshot” generates a compressed read-only snapshot. Anyone with the link can read the included content and save an independent copy. Later changes need a new link. Permanent synchronized publication is not implemented.
Where is my data stored?
Your workspace stays in browser storage on this device. Export backups to move it or protect against clearing storage. Local notes and reviews do not synchronize to other people. The public examples and catalog contain only illustrative data, never your workspace.
